NADRA Jobs 2026 – Available Positions
1. Head of Internal Audit
Applicants must be no older than 55 years. The required qualification is Chartered Accountancy (ICAP or ICAEW), ACCA or ACMA, or a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field from an HEC-recognized university, with HEC attestation of degrees being mandatory.
Candidates need at least 15 years of progressive experience in internal audit, risk management, governance or compliance, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior internal audit leadership role. Professional certifications such as CISA or CIA will be an advantage. The selected candidate will head NADRA’s internal audit function, lead risk-based audits, and report to the Audit Committee.
2. Executive Director / Director General – N@DIR
The upper age limit for this post is 55 years. Candidates should hold a Master’s, MS or MPhil in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Cybersecurity, Biometrics or a closely related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution; PhD holders will be given preference. A minimum of 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience is required, with substantial senior leadership experience in technology, research, biometrics or digital identity. This position heads N@DIR, NADRA’s new national institute for demographics and identity research.
3. Assistant Director (Database Security)
The maximum age for this role is 37 years, with 5 years of general age relaxation already included. Candidates must hold a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Information Security, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering, along with relevant Information Security certifications, from an HEC-recognized university. At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in information security, IT, database administration or network device administration is required. Certifications in IBM Security products, CySA+ or Data+ will be preferred. The role involves IBM Guardium database monitoring, incident analysis, and cybersecurity controls for on-premises and cloud databases.
General Eligibility Criteria
